Security problem with SMTP server

Security problem with SMTP server: "I've been a very happy SiteGround customer until this morning when I noticed something very odd in an email that got bounced.

There is a setting in WHM/CPanel that lets the admin add a field to all messages going out through the SMTP server (Exim, in my case) and this field contains all of the email addresses that are on the server. The field is "X-PopBeforeSMTPSenders". It seems incredibly absurd in this day and age of rampant spam abuse that SiteGround's default configuration includes all of the email addresses on my server in all of my emails."
